link to a few free sandbox services as virustotal is often insufficient

give a WOE rating

when WOE high enough (after some votes) require clicking extra step for magnet or torrent

don't use your private email address to signup for these as there is implication public reporting (for free services) might be leaky

gotta ask why crack teams are "protecting" tools from analysis
Unable to access the website without turning off VPN. It is very important to use a VPN as I've received two warnings from my ISP demanding that I cease and decist from downloading torrents. When I have VPN enabled, I get stuck at the cloudfare security page in an endless loop until I turn off the VPN. I'm referring to the page where the following message appears...

This website uses a security service to protect against malicious bots. This page is displayed while the website verifies you are not a bot.

We need a way to allow users to have a VPN on and still be able to access the website so we don't have problems with our internet service providers. I've been a user for quite sometime and this has never been a problem until recently.
The idea is that users who download a program that is full of spam and bad stuff can easily report that torrent
so other users see it and choose a different one.
Currently there are a lot of very harmful torrents active. Especially the Polish ones.
If you install such a program, you give complete access to your system.
EDIT
I really like the idea off trust score for software. keep it anonymous so people actually use it.

It seems that some (ab)users use their VPN to circumnavigate their bans.
I would like to suggest banning their network cards mac addresses.
This has to be implemented server-side, obviously.

and yes, it's not a fail save, but still, it would create more of an obstacle, not everyone knows how to spoof their address.
Is there a way to stop torrent narcs from operating on EXT, I'm getting a large number of copyright infringement complaints from my ISP.
