Set in a world ravaged by a severe climate crisis and deadly bacteria from melting polar ice, the isolated nation of Siam survives through a revolutionary insect farming project led by industrialist Mr. Vasu. The country's fragile peace shatters when Mr. Vasu ignores medical warnings and forcefully feeds contaminated fish liver to his ailing wife, triggering a violent, zombie-like infection that quickly overruns Prachamit Hospital. To prevent a nationwide pandemic, the military decides to blow up the quarantined building. Refusing to leave his girlfriend behind, a rugged survivor named Singh fights his way into the hospital to rescue Dr. Rinlada, teaming up with a brave young boy named Buddy to navigate the chaos. As a military extraction team fails to secure Mr. Vasu and his newly infected wife, Singh, Rin, and Buddy make a desperate dash for the rooftop helicopter. In a heartbreaking climax, Singh sacrifices himself to hold back the rushing horde of infected, ensuring Rin and Buddy board the chopper safely before it takes off and abandons him to his fate.
