Puran and Kaala live in Amritsar where Puran manages his ancestral Ayurveda clinic but Kaala is a carefree guy and wants to earn easy money. Puran wants to spread the cheaper way of his medicine Vajrakavach, rather depending on expensive Pharma company medicines.Marfatia owner of a Pharma company wants Puran to sell the Vajrakavach to him at any cost he wants but gets beaten by him and plans for revenge.Parmar a lawyer by profession and tenant of Puran and Kaala since 35 years only plays rent of 115 Rs and Kaala doesn't get well with him.Cheeku a surgeon from Gujarat wants to have a own clinic an comes to learn about medicine from Puran and falls in love with Kaala.After she leaves Kaala dearly misses her and during same time Puran receives a notice from Marfatia that he has patented Vajrakavach on name of his company.Puran then takes help of Parmar and he along with him and Kaala travels to Gujarat to fight the legal battle.
