Storyline
After an encounter with a neck-biter, a publishing executive thinks that he's turning into a vampire.
It all started with a kiss--a long, very special kiss. But let's start at the beginning. For narcissistic literary agent Peter Loew, New York City is his playground. Wealthy, pretentious, and always ready to step on people to get what he wants, Peter's shallow existence is all about ephemeral, after-hours liaisons. Keeping his sanity in check through frequent psychotherapy sessions, Loew's well-organised world is turned upside down in a seedy, back-street nightclub when he suddenly spots her. Mysterious, alluring, and utterly uninhibited, Rachel follows Peter back to his apartment. Unfortunately, he's been played; he yearns for a steamy experience, while she is only interested in his juicy jugular. And when he least expects it, the raven-haired seductress gives him a deep, passion-fuelled bite on the neck. With the outlandish idea that he is turning into a vampire gnawing at him, Loew replaces reason with plastic fangs. Now, he must know: Is he still a human, or is the monster within real?
