V/H/S/Halloween

This year, with Bryan M. Ferguson's "Diet Phantasma", a low-calorie tale of corporate terror, as a framing device, passionate directors confront the true face of Halloween. Starting with Anna Zlokovic and her story, "Coochie Coochie Coo", unsuspecting high school students Lacie and Kaleigh have a last hurrah as trick-or-treaters, only to realize that The Mommy is real. In the following segment, Paco Plaza's "Ut Supra Sic Infra", the sole survivor of a ritualistic massacre in Madrid recounts the horrific events that scarred his life, proving that universal supernatural laws apply on both the physical and spiritual plane. Next up, in Casper Kelly's "Fun Size", reckless young adults get their just deserts after ignoring a mysterious warning sign at a house they never should have visited. Then, in Alex Ross Perry's "Kidprint", a spate of child disappearances cancels Halloween in a small town. As a wolf in sheep's clothing continues to torture and mutilate the innocent, nothing can prepare the community for the grisly discovery that follows. Finally, the horror anthology concludes with Micheline Pitt-Norman and R.H. Norman's "Home Haunt", where a father-son bonding takes a dark turn when a cursed vinyl record gives a whole new meaning to the term "haunted house".
