Plot
Storyline
As a young man returns home after his first year away at college he recalls his senior year of high school and the iron-willed, big city girl that turned his world upside down.
Kochi Prefecture, Shikoku Island, 1990s Japan. Envied for her admirable school achievements, beautiful Rikako, a moody transfer student from Tokyo, is the talk of the town. Like all boys, Yutaka, the class president, secretly loves her. But so does Taku, his close friend. Taku, however, doesn't know it yet. And then, a brief trip to Tokyo ignites the rumour mill. As Rikako suddenly comes between the two enamoured teenagers, potent feelings and the sharp thrill of first love threaten a friendship. When you've finally met the girl of your dreams, what happens if your best friend feels the same way about her?
