Plot:
Four escaped convicts, including a former US Air Force general, break into a US nuclear missile silo. They threaten to launch the missiles unless their demands are met. The US President acquiesces to all their demands...except one. Meanwhile the military are planning to storm the silo. This sets a dangerous standoff in motion.
