Mumbai is rocked by Topi gang whose conning rich people over the city they also haven't spared the politicians ,The gang is run by a person called Mahaguru who operates with a large group of males and females after conning a particular person the gang parts ways and changes their looks and numbers until they find a further target.The higher officials of city like Commissioner ,Cheif Minsiter and Home Minister who have become their victims are all risking their jobs in order to catch the gang the officials appoint CBI officer Dinkararao Nagvekar whose known to solve the Bunty and Babli case.Topi gang decides to target their last victim but all the members have a reason to from the Topi gang who are victims of corrupt system.
