The Panther's Claw

In the first of a planned series of films based on Foulton Osler's stories based on the Thatcher Colt and Anthony Abbott characters, finds Police Commissioner Thatcher Colt (Sidney Blackmer) and his aide, Anthony Abbott (Rick Vallin, using their usual methods of science and deduction combined with very little action, set out to solve the murder of an opera singer. This involves two wig-makers, an opera troupe, an announcement of a trip to South America, and an artful disguise.
