When Josh & Alison's adventurous weekend away results in a wet and horrifying limb-breaking accident, their search for help leads them to an old cottage deep off the beaten trail, where the owner, Gwen, lives alone. The young couple quickly discover that Gwen's hospitality hides it's own sinister agenda, something that will lead to a terrifying ordeal of captivity, abandonment, torture, and sacrifice - with the old woman and the secret she protects deep within the forest tree-line, the things that Josh and Alison need to fear most.
