Plot Storyline

An expansion of the universe from Robert Ludlum's novels, centered on a new hero whose stakes have been triggered by the events of the previous three films.

With the Bourne controversy causing a massive scandal, the CIA pulls the plug on the Operation Outcome, a black ops program conducted alongside the highly classified Blackbriar and Treadstone operations.
