Five years after the events of the Miles County massacre, Sienna Shaw attempts to rebuild her life while struggling with the lingering trauma of her encounter with Art the Clown. As the Christmas season begins, Art returns to unleash a new campaign of violence across the town, now aided by Victoria Heyes, the survivor from the first film who has since become his devoted accomplice. As the holiday festivities turn into a site of chaos, Sienna must confront the reality of Art's return and fight to protect those closest to her from his latest, calculated onslaught.
