Plot Storyline

Amanda Waller forms Task Force X and recruits a group of villains who are sent on a dangerous mission to retrieve a mystical object that is being sought by other villains.

With a terminal illness, Amanda Waller looks for the "Get Out of Hell Free" card to guarantee her place in heaven. She puts together a new Task Force X, a group of villains who are imprisoned, in order to get it. Along with Deadshot, Harley Quinn, and Captain Boomerang, this motley crew must negotiate perilous obstacles and face off against other villains who are also after the card. They are rushing against time to secure the potent artifact, which makes their mission dangerous and tumultuous.
