Two teenage boys named Evan and Jeff come to the sudden realization after a series of strange happenings that their house is haunted. However, this is no normal haunting as the ghost is what one would consider a stereotypical Halloween sheet ghost. Evan and Jeff conduct research into their household only to find the ghost was an escaped convict and serial killer named Josh Mahoney who was killed prior by an accidental rat poisoning. After finding out this information, Jeff musters up the courage to face the ghost, he grabs some rat poison pellets from the kitchen and throws them at the ghost, seemingly killing him and vanquishing the spirit.
