Laura participates in a terrorist attack against a magistrate, and a member of her commando is shot to death. Such begins the story of women: Maria and Rosa, the mother and sister of the killed terrorist; Gina, Laura's old nanny; her mother Marta and friend Renata; and Giuliana the magistrate before whom the terrorist will reveal her secret, Laura will be the common thread that links each of the personal stories, determining sometimes tragic destinies, and discovering silence and complicity that does not seek.
