Having ruled the land with an iron fist, unscrupulous General Balthazar, the self-proclaimed leader of an impoverished country, intends to leave the island with $1 million U.S. dollars in cash. However, things will take an unexpected turn when double-crossing Malavael and his gang of murderous bandits enter the equation, bent on keeping the money for themselves.
