Plot
Storyline
A woman has a brief amorous liaison while on a trip along the South of France to Saint Tropez, but returns disillusioned.
Set against the backdrop of the French Riviera, the voice of a female narrator reveals the history and hidden charms of the Cote d'Azur. As we follow an elegant woman touring the coast in her white Renault Caravelle convertible, two young free spirits tag along. Their trip spans from Monaco, through Nice and Cannes, to the sun-kissed Saint-Tropez. People come and go on Quai Jean Jaures, beautiful bodies sunbathe at La Plage du Negresco, and everybody falls in love at the Promenade des Anglais. The fashionable driver seeks thrills and a memorable summer adventure. However, is she meant to find it on the road to Saint-Tropez?
