Riot on Sunset Strip

The setting is Los Angeles as a destination for the counterculture groups of the 1960s. Despite having to enforce overly conservative policies against young punks, a police sergeant is fairly tolerant of them and willing to make deals with some of them. When his estranged daughter is drugged and gang-raped during a party, the rapists learn that an angry father can be rather brutal.
