Fort Yuma Gold

In 1865, shortly after the American Civil War, many Confederate soldiers are interned in prison camps. When two members of the notorious Riggs Gang are brought to the camp, one of them reveals information about a planned attack on Fort Yuma. The fort is home to large gold reserves and is the target of an insidious plan: Major Sanders wants to besiege the fort with the help of outlaws and capture the gold - whatever the cost. To warn the fort in time, the recalcitrant but loyal Lieutenant Gary Tampeko is chosen, accompanied by Captain Lefevre and Sergeant Pitt. The journey through the dangerous frontier is characterized by mistrust, betrayal and the constant threat of Riggs' men. In the settlement of Alamosa, Tampeko meets the saloon singer Connie, whose help proves invaluable. When Sergeant Pitt is shot dead, Tampeko realizes that danger also lurks in his own ranks. The mission is put to the test when Tampeko is seriously injured and only survives thanks to the old gold digger Sam. Tampeko's journey takes him through a prairie full of deception and violence, where he fights not only for the gold, but also for his honor and the lives of his comrades.
