Marthe Dorsay, of all people, is having an affair--after all, Etienne has solid proof in his hands in the shape of a rather compromising photograph. Green with jealousy, the cuckolded husband embarks on a mission to identify her mysterious lover, convinced that his adulterous wife will soon make her first mistake; however, all efforts are in vain.
