My City Rant

A young African American woman in Houston encounters huge moral conflict as she encounters the details of her new marketing job. The job employs homeless persons to distribute business flyers, but requires her to exploit and deceive these homeless persons. In response she abandons the job and creates a film about the homelessness problem in her hometown of Houston, Texas. Shot from the inside-out perspective, 'Rant' allows those living this societal nightmare to educate us all about this societal problem.
