Plot:

Estranged sisters Sarah and Wanda inherit property from their mother that has always belong to their family. Sarah insists on selling it as soon as possible because she could use the money, and she and her daughter Gina go to see about it; Wanda wishes to keep the property in the family. They soon discover that the property isn't abandoned: elderly Lilly Cooper has been living there for many years and refuses to leave.
