Mein Mann, ein Morder

Translator Minette and her husband Paul are happily married, or so it seems. But Paul is having an affair. Minette follows him and secretly watches him with his latest flame, Nora, in a hotel. Minette keeps her knowledge to herself-even when the young lover introduces herself as Paul's colleague during a visit to the opera. But then Nora grows tired of short-lived love affairs. She is jealous of Paul's wife and pressures him into spending a weekend together in Prague. Minette follows them onto the train and overhears a heated argument between the two, in which Paul makes it clear to the young woman that he would never leave his wife for her. Minette has heard enough and returns home undetected. Paul then returns home to his family, remorseful. Nora seems to have disappeared after the weekend. In addition, a handsome stranger appears who follows Minette everywhere she goes. It is Nora's ex-boyfriend, to whom she allegedly wanted to return. Gradually, it becomes clear that he too has followed the lovers and Minette. He accuses Paul of killing Nora and blackmails Minette with a photo showing a dead body.
