Sawant,Rajadhyaksha,Pradhan,Mistry and Joshi are morning joggers at Shivaji Park.Joshi doesn't turn up for two days when the others reach his house they find that his granddaughter has passed away referring to famous model Aishwariya Nair's death.Joshi is sure it's murder committed by a top businessman Balwa.Balwa is bailed and the friends decide to fight for justice on the other side of the law without involving Pradhan whose against violence.Four friends successfully eliminate Balwa and Pradhan becomes suspicious on them.Sawant is always blamed by his family for death of his wife and daughter which had the hand of a powerful politician Vedant and his son Harish.The friends decide to play the same Modus Operandi of Balwa's murder with Vedant and his son.A suspicious Pradhan this time follows them with a journalist to expose their crime.
