The Stranger from Afar

It's been a long time since Takuyoshi, a freelance video cameraman lost in piles of old VHS tapes and lo-res video captures, felt something meaningful. After all, he is a nobody in a sea of nobodies. Everything changes when the lonely videographer captures a shocking suicide in Tokyo's subway. Seeking to understand the root of pure terror, Takuyoshi embarks on a labyrinthine mission to experience the same raw feeling, unaware that some doors are best left unopened. When he discovers a naked, pale-white woman deep underground, Takuyoshi must answer a critical question: If he knew his life was in grave danger, would he still want to pursue the harrowing truth?
