Plot Storyline

A KGB agent operating inside the U.S. steals top secret computer microchips.

Peter Hubbard is a "sleeper". A KGB agent operating in the U.S. He steals top secret computer microchips to pass over to KGB, but decides to defect and use the microchips to bargain a deal instead.
