Not knowing what to expect, big-city painter Liz reluctantly agrees to her first-ever weekend getaway in the woods. However, something inside her tells her that her boyfriend, the refined Dr Malcolm Westbridge, is a keeper. After all, the couple wants to celebrate their first anniversary, and Malcolm has planned everything down to the last detail: the family cabin offers complete isolation, and his chocolate cake is to die for.
