Plot Storyline

Neeta, daughter of Rai Bahadur, marries Ajit, but fails to meet monetary demands, leading to her suicide and leaving her daughter Pinky to live with Govinda.

Neeta, a daughter of Rai Bahadur, a rich industrialist, went against his wish and got married to a street smart Ajit. Unable to fulfill all of Ajits monetary demands Neeta commits a suicide leaving behind her daughter Pinky to Rai Bahadur. Due to some tiff between Rai Bahadur and Pinky, Pinky leaves her house and starts living with a taxi drive Govinda.
