Shaila and Mohan Katdare live a middle class life in Mumbai along with their mentally challenged son Bachhu.Shaila does a 9:00 am to 5:00 pm job in an office.Mohan works does night shift in telegraph office and works as freelance typist from his home during the day as one of the parent have to be with Bachhu.Shaila and Mohan are like sun and moon and don't get to spend time together and nor have a intimacy relationship.Shaila accepts it as a sacrifice for their son.But Mohan is frustrated. More complications arrive when Bachhu turns 15 and gets addicted to sexual desires.
