Twin brother Jai Singh and Shankar Singh are known smugglers where Shankar is accused of murder and Jai Singh is very much sure his lawyer Kailash will bail him out and he will walk free.But opposite Kailash is standing Justice Chaudhary who never fails to punish the culprit an gives death sentence to Shankar and Jai Singh swears for revenge.Justice Chaudhary lives happily with his family his wife Janki son Ramesh who has recently joined police force and daughter Laxm whose unable to speak where Chaudhary is worried for her marriage.Ramu a much younger lookalike of Justice Chaudhary runs a garage and falls in love with Rekha daughter of Kailash,Kailash and Jai Singh spot Ramu in car race and ask him to work for him.Ramu who has a a dream to complete of his mother joins them in their illegal activities but Rekha convinces him to leave the same.Laxmi is married to Gopal which reduces barren of Justice Chaudhary but soon he finds that Gopal is puppet of Jai Singh and Kailash and leaves Laxmi back home soon after the marriage.Gopal lays condition to Justice Chaudhary that he will take Laxmi back only if he releases Jai Singh's men but he is adamant as his duty comes first.Kailash and Jai Singh worries increase as Justice Chaudhary does not bend to anything in front of his duty.But Kailash finds that Ramu is illegitimate child of Justice Chaudhary and uses him as a scapegoat against him.
