After the strange death of her husband, Lastini believes that the illness experienced by her daughter, Arum, is not an ordinary disorder, but rather there is another figure who controls Arum's body which threatens her life. Lastini finds the fact that she must cure Arum before her birthday in a leap year. Five days before, Lastini accompanied by her two other children, Lia and Rama travels across the island of Java to meet shamans and smart people who are considered able to cure Arum. Their journey becomes more difficult when the devil increasingly controls Arum. Racing against time, will they be able to return home?
