Goga who will do anything in his power to carry out this deadly task but is unsuccessful since a scuffle enfolds between a brave and honest police officer, Amar and Goga. Which ends up leaving Goga dead leaving an only son, Brijbhan to average his death. Brijbhan decides to continue his father's work with the help of General and a corrupt cop, inspector Lotaram. In pursuit of there death warrant is inspector Amar, who also has to unite two warring gang leaders, Karim Lala and Hariharan, there fight is a result of there different religion backgrounds. However to this extent, Amar is successful in uniting both gang leaders and convinces them to join hands with him in his fight against corruption and terrorism. Both agrees to do so and prepare a war-welfare plan which will only benefit them.
