Plot:
It's the winter of 1898 in the Utah mountains. Henry Pollicut is a corrupt justice whose actions to line his own pockets has led to the ordinary person needing to rob to survive. The subsequent act has led to bounties on the heads of these "outlaws", the payment of the bounties alive or dead. As such, a lucrative business of bounty killings has emerged with Pollicut the accountant in the payments. The result of this business is a plethora of dead bodies on both sides as the law allows people to defend themselves if someone draws their gun first. Many bounty hunters have died at the hands of a mute gunslinger only going by the moniker Silenzio (Silence), who has been aiding the outlaws for his own personal reasons, he skilled enough to make them draw first before killing them. The most ruthless of the bounty hunters is Loco, who bends the rules to make himself as wealthy as possible. To stop the bloodshed, the new Governor plans to place an amnesty on the actions of the outlaws, meaning that they can come in without fear once that happens. Many of the outlaws don't know if they can survive the elements for the entire winter, while the hunters want to capitalize on their business as long as it lasts. It becomes personal for many, including Silenzio and Loco, with recent outlaw widow Pauline Middleton added to the list in wanting revenge with Silenzio's help for Loco killing her husband.
