Plot Storyline

Count Aleksej is a notorious seducer at the Czar court but also the son of local Caucasus hero Black Eagle. When the Russians invade his land Aleksej must decide where to stand while pursuing his passion for Natascia, who detests him.

Count Aleksej has a reputation for being frivolous but he is the son legendary Black Eagle, the man who with his cossacks fought against injustice and Russian aggression. History seems to repeat itself when after some years of peace the Russians attack again cossacks territory. Will Aleksej prove to be worthy of his father?
