Hypnotic

Police detective Danny Rourke has been searching for his missing daughter for three years. Following a new lead, he begins hunting a mysterious man who can manipulate the minds of others. With the help of psychic Diana Cruz, Rourke engages in a cat-and-mouse game with his strange adversary. In the process, the investigator stumbles upon a secret government program that is closer to him than he would like.
