Storyline
Rahul (Aamir Khan) has just heard of the deaths of his sister and brother-in-law--and that he is now the guardian of their three kids: Sunny, Muni and Vicky. They are hell. One day the kids sneak out to the fair and they come across Vayjanti (Juhi Chawla). Vayjanti has run away from home and the kids suggest that she stay at their place without their father knowing. Will their plan work out?
Bachelor Rahul Malhotra gets news that his sister and her husband have died in an accident, and he quits his studies to look after his orphaned niece and two nephews. Meanwhile, the family's lawyer briefs him about the children's inheritance, which includes a garment factory, which he must take the responsibility of maintaining until the children come of age. His attempts to level business tactics and bring up the children only lead to frustration; the children physically abuse any maid he tries to hire. His challenges increase with the factory's "Japanese" trained manager, Bhagwati Prasad Mishra. Meanwhile, the children manage to run away to a fair, where they meet Vaijanti Iyer, a young woman who ran away from home to avoid marrying the man her dad chose for her. The children sneak Vaijanti into their home; when all is revealed to Rahul, he decides that she should be the children's governess. Then he faces the challenge of a lifetime when Maya, an admirer of his, is willing to liquidate his business using her father's Bijlani wealth since he refuses to marry her.
