Honest and upright Assistant Commissioner of Police, Sidarth has a tough assignment: arresting the son of prominent and influential gangster, Shobhraj. Shobhraj uses his influence with the politician in power, Om Gautam, who does not give in to Shobhraj's pressure, and neither does ACP Sidarth. Sidharth has a adopted son named Deva, pursuing his education and his love for the beautiful Sharmila.
