When Farel meets Luna, the comic author, and tells his childhood friend, Rachel, about his love for the long-haired girl, the latter is alarmed. The short-haired and casually-dressed Rachel is far from feminine. Rachel is the tomboy type who loves cars and sports. On the other hand, Luna loves to wear skirts and is feminine. Farel's love for Luna makes Rachel realize her own attraction to Farel. So Rachel tries to wear earrings and gowns. Rachel's transformation doesn't make Farel change their relationship from friendship to lovers. Luna's illness also doesn't deter Farel and she is still his object of affection. But Rachel has a golden heart and she tries hard to ensure that Farel's love towards Luna is not unrequited.
