Picking up where Do or Die (1991) left off, the international criminal mastermind, Kane, is still at large, plotting revenge. Now, with a nuclear trigger in his hands and a nearly complete weapon of mass destruction missing a vital part, Kane dreams of world domination with the help of terrorists. However, there will always be someone willing to sell out at the right price. As the government runs out of time, undercover agents Ava and Edy assemble the L.E.T.H.A.L. team to stop Kane from realising his evil scheme at all costs. But with Donna out of the equation, will her deadly sisters-in-arms end Kane's lunacy?
