Mumbai's leading crime lords Bulla and Lambu Aatta were in a serious romantic relationship before conflicting ideologies led to a fallout. Each of the two have the backing of nemesis politicians Bacchu Bhigona and Kafan Chor. Lambu Aatta initiates the war by murdering Bulla's accomplice to which Bulla responds by murdering Lambu's brother Kundan. Enraged, Lambu does it "khulla" with Bulla's sister Munni and an equally enraged Bulla intercepts Lambu who despite his "pleas" is eliminated in broad daylight. However Bulla's triumph is short lived when his expressionless lieutenant Kala Shetty is apprehended by an honest air-porter Shankar. Bulla in turn avenges this humiliation by having Shankar's overweight sister, even overweight girlfriend and over-reacting father killed off turn by turn in gruesome fashion and promises Shankar the same fate. Little does he realise that Shankar too has set the timer for Bulla, his hermaphrodite brother Chutiya, political relations head Pote and corporate advisor Ibu Hatela to "do char chhe aath dus bus" in the most poetic manner possible, cumulating in a battle for the fate of all mankind.
