Going Spanish

Bob and his fiancee (and her chaperon) arrive in the town of Los Poach-os Egg-os, Argentina, intent on getting married. It's carnival time, and it's "Don't Do It Day": any insult is okay if delivered with a song. Bob's chauffeur crashes into the Mayor's car, and he and Bob trade insults and songs. Then, Bob learns that the Mayor is the only person empowered to perform marriages. Troubles compound when Bob meets a local beauty and his fiancee meets a local cattle baron. Does love bloom in the Pampas?
