Plot Storyline

Three men break Matt Kirk out of jail, but their escape plan derails after their boat falters near an island, where the caretaker recognizes him. A hostage situation erupts, leading to a tense standoff with authorities.

Three men break convicted criminal Matt Kirk out of jail. Their escape plan falters after their boat breaks down off Fort Denison - "Pinchgut " - an island in Sydney Harbour. The caretaker of the island recognizes the felon and the game is up. The four hold the caretaker and his family hostage, resulting in a deadly standoff with police.
