US President Jonathan Hayes blindly trusts unorthodox Secret Service agent Alex McGregor, although her director Daly predicts an internal investigation after an assault on Hayes's life and limousine will end up in her dishonorable discharge. So when spoiled-rotten, ingrate first brat Jess's wining she can't ever have regular fun, only Alex and two colleagues come along on a Colorado camping and rafting adventure holiday with ordinary teenagers. Chief guide and counselor Grant Coleman finds workaholic Alex even ruder and harder to handle then Jess, who enjoys flirting with Milo, who doesn't even watch the TV news. Grant and Alex have to join forces when the terrorists accidentally spot Jen and decide to kidnap her.
