Plot Storyline

The fictionalized biography of singer Paul Delmet at the time of the "Black Cat". He has talent, and a little provincial who loves him more than anything. But he must choose between his audience, or the love of the girl.

Fictionalized biography of singer Paul Delmet at the time of his success at the "Chat Noir". A young provincial made her know her admiration. They could love each other, if a famous singer did not owe his audience. He gives up his dream. Little by little, the girl sinks into madness and Delmet dies of tuberculosis.
