Plot Storyline

It has been almost 2 years since the small town of Santa Carla had suffered in the hands of the raging maniac, Cameron Crowe. Legend around town had it as that he may have been burnt in a fire he started.

On the Eve of the Halloween, the maniac serial killer Cameron Crowe returns to Santa Clara, California. He seeks out the teenagers Tina Tanaka, Briana and Lucas that disappear. Their friend and sister Tammy Tanaka reports to her father, Det. James Tanaka, that they are missing, but he does not give much attention and asks her to contact Det. Joyce Moscone that is chasing Cameron Crowe.
