Plot
Storyline
The story follows a family gathering together for their annual family Christmas party which began 50 years prior. Rebecca Fox arrives at the party to find her father Thomas involved with a new woman, not even a year after her mother's passing. In her comical efforts to derail the romance during a marathon of Christmas events, she stumbles upon her own unexpected love story.
Recent widower Thomas Fox hosts the family's fiftieth annual grand Christmas party, which his late wife used to prep perfectly, now that largely falls to his housekeeper Juliet. Daughter Rebecca already schemed to hide her engagement fell though by bringing him along, but thinks Juliet is a gold-digger, so plots with nosy aunt Nora to unmask her. It turns out most guests have secrets, some darker, mostly innocent in the end.
