Plot Storyline

A corrupt law minister incites violence in a law college and the police turn a blind eye. Lohith, a college student, turns into a vigilante and tries to punish the offender.

Some seats are allotted to ministers in colleges. A minister asks more seats to be allotted to him, but the college authority disagrees. The angry minister leaves his college students to fight with other students, and many are killed by the minister's younger brother. The the hero enters and tries to save a student's life, but he dies. The hero gets motivation from the student's mother to fight the minister. and kidnaps his younger brother. Will he succeed?
