Candy Land

In a small Oklahoma truck stop community, a sheltered young woman named Remy drifts into an unlikely world of sex work after finding herself abandoned by the religious group she once called family. Among a tight-knit group of workers who live by their own unspoken ethics, she learns to navigate both bodily and moral survival. As days turn into nights of confessional intimacy and lurking violence, Remy's old faith morphs into something more dangerous. The result is part character study, part grim parable about sanctity in the profane, carried by haunting performances and a tone steeped in uneasy empathy.
