Three years ago, Texan millionaire Miller was murdered in the shower while his wife was allegedly away, her family never heard of the rich widow again. Mailubu architect Danny Keegan falls madly in love with foxy hospital funds raiser Olivia Whitfield, who soon starts alienating him from his best friend, L.A. newspaper photo reporter Melanie 'Mel' Dempsey. Olivia turns Mel's friend and Danny's in-law, hospital administrator Jill, against her, but newspaper research experts Henry and Finn help her dig into Olivia's murky past and business, which includes dealings with shady private detective Bixler.
