Gabriel Sauret is a lucky man: he has just won the lottery. Unfortunately, he was the victim of a traffic accident in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. There, he is taken in by Innocence, a resident of the renamed Afrotown district. When he wakes up, he realizes that his jacket is missing, with the winning ticket inside.
